Hi all, our rooms have been upgrade to include VoIP, so you may now attend this user group from anywhere in the world, vs. only the US.

Unfortunately our integrated VOIP is not ready yet but should be soon. If you are calling from out of the country, please attend our meeting in mid-April.

Thanks for the posts. We are aware of the VOIP / Telephone call in issue. We are updating our meeting rooms and will have integrated VOIP by the end of March. This should be ready for our April meeting.

Same here, I'm in India and No audio was available. When asked David bout Skype then He said VoIP support is not there.. Its of no use if I cant hear Voice.. Its really very disappointing.. The Number 1-888 from Cell is not a Toll free and had spent Rs 12/- just trying to get through which was not successful.. Can you people get VoIP support or Support Skype to call usernames. Cause its Not World Wide Web then, I'd say its Bias approach to start conducting classes being aware that people from across the world have enrolled but your system doesn't provide scope of support anywhere but USA. This is not Healthy approach for publishing online.

I am in Singapore and I had the same experience with tkuo2000. It's frustrating for me that I have to wake up so early yet I will only be disappointed.

unable to get audio.  surrendered my phone (Australia), unable to get through.  asked question to the presenter, no answer.  tried audio wizard in an attempt to feed the audio though to the computer, no success.

not a very pleasant experience.

I just started using AWS and am very excited about how easy it is. I do have some questions around best practices. I'm looking forward to asking them. I think an AWS online user group is a great idea (I don't live near a big city).
