Our guarantee is simple: If you take a class for a fee and you aren't completely satisfied, we won't charge you for the class. We want you to have an outstanding live, online learning experience every time you take a class, and we want you to come back for classes again and again.
Therefore, in order to protect you, we won't charge you if you're not completely satisfied with a particular class — as long as you do three simple things:
- Post an unsatisfactory rating of both the class and the teacher. (To post an unsatisfactory rating, simply click the "thumbs down" icon on the class page.)
- Write a review of the teacher in the "Comments" section, explaining your concerns.
- Write a review of the class in the "Comments" section, explaining your concerns.
To avoid being charged a fee, you must take all three steps within 24 hours of taking the class. If you're signed up for a multi-class course, you must complete this process after the first class to avoid being charged a course fee. (Obviously, if you find a multi-class course unsatisfactory and decide you don't want to pay the course fee, you'll no longer be able to attend classes in that course.)
Teacher Protection
On the flip side, we also need to protect our teachers from the random student who wants to "game the system" and try to take classes for free. We therefore monitor individuals who register more than one unsatisfactory complaint, and we compare their reviews to those of other students in the same classes. Students who, in our judgment, are just trying to take classes for free will no longer be protected by the LiveMind Guarantee.
