William C. Cobb, President and CEO, H & R Block, Inc.
William C. Cobb is the former President of eBay Inc.'s U.S. Marketplaces division. In eight years with eBay, Mr. Cobb served as President of the flagship U.S. Marketplaces division, with more than $25 billion in gross merchandise sales, $2.6 billion in revenue and more than 5,000 associates. Mr. Cobb also oversaw affiliated businesses including StubHub, Shopping.com and Rent.com.
Prior to heading eBay U.S. Marketplaces, he was General Manager of eBay International, and before that served as head of global marketing for eBay. Before joining eBay, Mr. Cobb held senior marketing positions with Pepsico/Tricon, now YUM! Brands. For more than 12 years, he held positions with senior marketing responsibilities for KFC International, Pizza Hut International and Taco Bell International. Mr. Cobb also held senior marketing positions for domestic operations of Pepsi-Cola earlier in his tenure. In addition to H&R Block, Mr. Cobb is a director of Orbitz Worldwide (OWW), Pacific Sunware of California (PSUN) and Och-Ziff Capital Management Group (OZM).
Mr. Cobb is a graduate from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor?s of science degree in economics. He also holds an MBA degree from Northwestern University. Mr. Cobb lives in Bay Harbor, Mich.
Joseph L. Dionne, Founder, Private Client Resources, LLC
Joseph L. Dionne co-founded Private Client Resources, LLC in 1985. Mr. Dionne served as the Chief Executive Officer of The McGraw-Hill Companies Inc., a publishing and information company, until April 1998 and served as its President. He joined McGraw-Hill Book Company in 1967 as Vice President for Research and Development at Educational Developmental Laboratories. The following year, he served as General Manager of California Test Bureau and Vice President of McGraw-Hill Book Company in 1970. He held various positions with McGraw-Hill including Executive Vice President-Operations. Under Mr. Dionne's leadership, McGraw Hill published the first Corporate Privacy Policy, defining the privacy obligations of companies to their customers. Prior to joining McGraw-Hill, his experience included teaching, educational administration and consulting work on a number of experimental education projects.
Mr. Dionne serves as the Chairman of the Board of Private Client Resources, LLC. Mr. Dionne served as Chairman of the Board of The McGraw-Hill Companies from 1983 to 1999. He served as Chairman of Tri-State United Way and spearheads several philanthropic endeavors in Connecticut. He serves as a Director of AXA Equitable Life Insurance Co. (formerly, Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States), and Sprint. He served as Director of Advanced Network & Services, Inc. Mr. Dionne serves as a Trustee of Hofstra University and Teachers College Columbia University. He served as a Director of AXA Financial Inc. since May 1992. He served as a Director of Ryder System, Inc. from May 1995 to May 6, 2005. He served as a Director of Harris Corp. from 1989 to June 30, 2005. Mr. Dionne holds B.A. and M.S. degrees from Hofstra University and earned his Doctorate in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.

Prior to 1999, Mr. Fernandes served as an Executive Vice President at CUC International.
