Anne joined Spark People in January 2008. Due to serious health issues and being diagnosed with an auto immune disorder Anne along with her husband Bob made a decision to change to a healthier lifestyle. Losing 75 pounds diminished her illness symptoms and changed her outlook on life. She is enjoying her new life doing many things such as biking, strength training, running (including many races) and many other activities she never thought would be possible! Anne and Bob own and operate Dawsons Cleaning Service.
