SparkPeople LIVE! Online Support Group & Motivation Meeting

These meetings bring SparkPeople.com to life–at a time that’s convenient for you. Every week you’ll interact live online (via video, audio, and chat) with other SparkPeople members and leaders. I loved this class.....very friendly and 'normal".  Have the same struggles we all do, and now have some ideas on how to get more done to free up an hour in my day!SealedSealed

Sorry - my internet has been giving so many problems - (I´m in Spain and we use satellite instead of landlines where I live) so it´s very difficult to follow and the sound keeps cutting.  I´ll try again later in the week.  Good luck to you all :)

Today, as well as some other Tuesday nights, the Live MInd page freezes and I cannot hear Judi but at times can read posts. At other times I have to reload the page and reenter and I lose 10 minutes of class time.

Don't have any audio capability. Can hear you and have earphones on. THis is weird, are the classes usually just one person?

Have only done WW meetings in person and online....But now we live in Costa Rica, and I'm trying to get rid of these 40 pounds so running half marathons are easier!

Want to wish Shawneda the BEST as she continues on to newer things !! Hon, you did an excellent job !!! Judi, you are AWESOME as USUAL !! I miss attending ALL OF your classes, but when I DO they are FANTASTIC ! The way you guide us thru the visualization,,,is soooo relaxing,,,makes EACH of us WANT to work so HARD on our goals !! TY FOR THIS Judi !! Bobby and Ann, wow you are both as someone put it in class today "the right amount of crazyiness", but seriously you are both SO FANTASTIC !! So supportive, I KNOW I can count on you both to pick me up when I am having a "day" !! TY SOOOO MUCHERS A ROOO !!

TY SP For having Livemind all this offers !! TY ALL the leaders and ALL YOU DO and the work that goes into this site ! I SURE DO WISH you'd advertise this to other memembers so the would also know about this site and it'd take WAY OFF MORE !!!! I've benefited in ways I NEVER THOUGHT I could !! I am a leader on a team with 55 to 60 plus memembers and its a very, very active team so this helps ME to be THERE for them !! WOOHOOOOO ! its helping ME to help THEM with the idea's and ways to go !! THANKS SOOO MUCH !!!!!
