Eva M. Brown (B.A. Degree - Drama/Communications and Anatomy & Physiology Instructor - San Angelo, Texas)  is a Small and Emerging Business Consultant with over 30 years experience in grantwriting.  She currently teaches Grantwriting in small settings in Louisiana and Texas.  She has done work for the religious community, for-profit and nonprofit agencies in Louisiana, Texas, Atlanta, Virginia, and New Mexico.  She currently assists  Health care agencies, assisted living programs, home and community based programs, child and adult care agencies, housing programs and many others.

She currently has a nationwide incubator program. Through this program she provides assistance  to the nonprofit sector.

Eva has also gained experience in development and creations of  policies and procedures manuals  necessary for company operation.

She has written grants for various business entities including health care block grants, grants from foundations, and corporations.  She also assists the nonprofit sector with Letters of Intent and abstracts for funding needed  for many programs.

She is an Anatomy and Physiology Instructor in San Angelo, Texas.

She is an Author of two books, "Angels Are Celestial Spirits" and "The Employ of Angels" .  She  is a ghostwriter for those who seek publishing their work of art. She is also author of a game used in her classroom entitled, "A & P-Opoly".
